Do you take on small jobs?
Yes — we do small remedial and renovation work alongside our patio and decking builds. We're upfront if a job is too small or outside our scope, but most remedial carpentry, deck and balcony repairs are exactly what we do.
How do you quote remedial work?
We come on site, open up enough to see what's really going on (rot often hides behind cladding or decking boards), and give you a fixed-price quote based on actual scope — not a guess. If we find more once work starts, we tell you before we keep going.
Do you handle waterproofing under tiled decks and balconies?
Yes — we re-waterproof to current Australian Standard (AS 4654) before retiling. Waterproofing failure is the single most common cause of structural rot in older balconies, so it's worth doing once and doing properly.
Is the work warranted?
All our structural workmanship is backed by a 7-year warranty. We hold a NSW Carpentry Contractor Licence (481704C) with full insurance and home warranty cover on qualifying work.
