The range above reflects the same 2026 supply & install rates we use internally — applied to your area and project type. Your fixed-price quote may sit anywhere in (or just outside) this range depending on site access, footings, finish level, electrical, demolition and council requirements. We confirm everything at the free on-site measure and lock it in writing.
