What we collect

When you use a form on this site we ask for some or all of the following:

• your name;
• your email address;
• your phone number;
• your suburb;
• the type of project you are enquiring about, and any details or photos you choose to attach.

You do not have to give us any of this — but without contact details we cannot send you a quote or arrange a design visit.

Why we collect it

• to respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote;
• to arrange and carry out a design visit or a build;
• to meet our obligations under NSW building, licensing and warranty requirements;
• to contact you about your project while it is under way.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses cookies and similar technologies to understand how the site is used and to measure the performance of our advertising. The tools in use are Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads (including remarketing, which may show you our ads on other websites) and Microsoft Clarity.

Who else sees it

Keeping it safe

This site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above or to meet our legal and warranty obligations.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email admin@bccomplete.com.au or call 0411 552 019 and we will respond within a reasonable time.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
