A trade we love, in a region we call home.
BC Complete was founded in 2022 by a local Illawarra family with one simple idea: the region deserves an outdoor living contractor who treats every project like it's their own home — because for us, it is.
We're family-owned and owner-led. That means the person who quotes your job is the same person on the tools and on the phone — no call centres, no subcontracted sales reps, no handing your project off to a stranger. Our kids play in the backyards we've built around, so quality and safety aren't marketing words; they're personal.
What started as a small carpentry crew in 2022 has grown into a full-service outdoor living team — design, approvals, engineering and construction, all under one roof. We build with a full range of systems, from bespoke timber pergolas through to engineered insulated roofs and louvered openers — including Apollo Patios as one of our trusted partner ranges.
Today we build right across Illawarra, Macarthur and the Southern Highlands — but we still answer the phone ourselves, and we still measure success the same way: did the family love the space?

Director — Design & Client Experience
Bradley Fenech
Bradley leads the design studio and the end-to-end client journey. From the first on-site consultation through to the final walk-through, he personally owns each homeowner relationship — translating site constraints, council requirements and lifestyle goals into a buildable design that's quoted, drawn and delivered without compromise.
Director — Finance & Operations
Callum Lerch
Callum directs the financial and operational backbone of BC Complete, with oversight of accounts, payroll, supplier terms, cashflow forecasting and commercial governance. His disciplined back-of-house is what allows the design and construction teams to deliver consistently for every client.
Director — Construction & Supply
Brad Lacey
Brad heads up construction operations, programming and our national supplier network. He coordinates materials, crews and engineering partners across every active project — ensuring schedules hold, quality is locked in, and the standard set in the studio is matched on site.
Executive Administrator
Janine DeVos
Janine manages the office and is typically the first point of contact for new enquiries. She coordinates bookings, council documentation, Handypay finance applications and client communications, keeping every project running smoothly from first call to handover.
Leading Hand — Site Supervisor
Phil Crowley
Phil is our leading hand on site — a fully qualified tradesman responsible for day-to-day site supervision, crew coordination and finish quality. He's the on-the-ground custodian of the BC Complete build standard across every active job.
Carpentry Apprentice — 2nd Year
Cooper Stuart
Cooper is in his second year of his carpentry apprenticeship, working across the full BC Complete range — from timber decks and pergolas to engineered insulated roof systems. Reliable, capable and progressing quickly on the tools.
Carpentry Apprentice — 1st Year
Vegas Fenech
Vegas is our first-year carpentry apprentice and the newest addition to the team. Currently rotating through site crews to build his foundations across framing, decking and patio install under the leading hand.
